Our Mission
CA Impact Corp is a California nonprofit dedicated to AI literacy and workforce development in Los Angeles. We bridge the gap between emerging technology and the communities that stand to benefit most — but are often left behind.
Through our FutureBridge Skills & Opportunity Initiative, we provide free training programs, community events, and hands-on workshops that equip people with the skills and connections they need to thrive in an AI-powered economy. No tuition. No hidden fees. No catch.

What We Do
Hiking & Community Events
Free community hikes in LA parks for immigrants and newcomers. Guest speakers, networking walks, career conversations on the trail. Building connections that lead to real opportunities.
AI Skills Training
Free 4–8 week programs teaching AI tools, prompt engineering, and career skills. 1:1 mentorship with tech industry professionals. No degree or experience required.
AI Hackathons
Weekend events where teams build AI projects that solve real community problems. Free entry, sponsor-funded prizes, open to all skill levels. Launching soon in LA.
Our Story
CA Impact Corp was incorporated in California on April 14, 2022, with a clear purpose: make sure the benefits of AI reach everyone — not just people who already work in tech.
We started with community hikes for immigrants and newcomers in Los Angeles. Walking and talking turned out to be one of the best ways to build real relationships and have honest conversations about jobs, technology, and life in a new country.
From there we expanded into AI training — pairing participants with tech industry mentors and teaching practical AI skills that people can use in their jobs and businesses today. Now we’re adding hackathons: weekend events where teams build AI projects that solve real problems in LA.
We believe AI literacy shouldn’t cost money to learn. All our programs are free and open to anyone in the community.

Our programs are designed for people navigating career transitions and economic change in Los Angeles:
